Of course you can! There's no limit to the number of destinations you can include in your shipment.
To add a destination to your delivery, simply select "Add a new destination" once you've entered the first recipient.
If your delivery is to be made in a specific order, you can indicate this in the additional information.
If you have containers to collect at the end of your delivery (bins, insulated crates, goods, etc.), you can indicate this directly on your dashboard.
To do so, simply select "Yes" to the question "Is a return necessary?
In the additional information section, you can tell the driver what he needs to collect. This will be returned to the pick-up address.
If you wish to have this merchandise delivered to another destination, simply add a new destination.
Once you've created your delivery, you can view all its details at any time.
You can find :
1. The status of your delivery (created, allocated, imminent, in progress, delivered)
2. A map showing your delivery driver's route and arrival time in real time.
3. Full details of your delivery (driver's arrival, pick-up, destinations and price)
4. Receipt signed by each recipient once delivery has been made
Once the parcel has been delivered, you will see the status of your order: "Delivered". Once the delivery status is "Delivered", you can see the recipient's signature for receipt of your parcel.
To do this, go to your customer area and check the details of your delivery order.
Once the delivery has been made, you can view the history of all deliveries made. In the details of a delivery, you will find the signature receipt and a proof photo for each destination.
Once you have created your delivery, you will find the following information:
1. The status of your delivery (created, assigned, imminent, in progress, delivered).
2. A map showing your delivery driver's trajectory and arrival time in real time.
