If you're sending a parcel in a cardboard box, measure length, width and height.
If you're delivering a pallet, all three dimensions are also taken into account. In Europe, the standard pallet size is 120 x 80 x 14.5 cm.
Did you know that it's possible to create your own scale? All you need is a coat hanger, your parcel, reference weights and two bags. Hang the hanger on a support and attach two large bags to the ends. Place your parcel inside one of the bags and add reference weights to the other until you find the balance.
Of course you can! There's no limit to the number of destinations you can include in your shipment.
To add a destination to your delivery, simply select "Add a new destination" once you've entered the first recipient.
If your delivery is to be made in a specific order, you can indicate this in the additional information.
Once the parcel has been delivered, you will see the status of your order: "Delivered". Once the delivery status is "Delivered", you can see the recipient's signature for receipt of your parcel.
To do this, go to your customer area and check the details of your delivery order.
Once the delivery has been made, you can view the history of all deliveries made. In the details of a delivery, you will find the signature receipt and a proof photo for each destination.
When you book a delivery on our platform, you only need to indicate the volume of your package per recipient (maximum weight of 30 kilos per individual package and maximum weight 400 kilos in total).
Your delivery will then be proposed to the carriers that best meet your needs thanks to our algorithms that calculate the total volume of your delivery.
