Of course! There is no limit to the number of destinations you can include in your shipment. To add a destination to your shipment, simply select "Add New Destination" after you have entered the first recipient. If your delivery is to be made in a specific order, you can indicate this in the additional information.
Request your accessIf you have containers to recover at the end of your delivery (bins, insulated boxes, goods, etc.), you can indicate this directly on your dashboard. To do so, simply select "Yes" to the question "Is a return necessary? In the additional information, you can tell the driver what he needs to pick up. This return will be made to the address of the pick-up point. If you want this merchandise to be delivered to another destination, simply add a new destination.
Request your accessOnce you have created your delivery, you can view all the details at any time. You can find: 1. the status of your delivery (created, assigned, imminent, in progress, delivered) 2. A map showing the trajectory and arrival time of your delivery person in real time. 3. The complete details of your delivery (arrival of the driver, pick-up, destinations and price). 4. The receipt signed by each recipient once the delivery is made.
Request your accessOnce the package is delivered, you will see the status of your order: "Delivered". Once the delivery status is "delivered", you can see the recipient's signature for receiving your package. To do this, go to your customer area and check the details of your delivery order.
